MCR served as the Turnkey Development Consultant from site selection and assessment in 2014, through to the successful construction completion and initial occupancy. These twenty apartments will be occupied by low income senior and disabled citizens of Hazen and the surrounding rural communities of Mercer County and beyond. Duties included the assembly and selection of a development team (Contractor, Architect, Engineers, Counsel) and compilation of a complete application for State Tax Credit funding and financing from the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) and Union State Bank of Hazen.
